**1. Introduction**
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Vaishnavi Printers, located at Taranagar, Hyderabad-500019 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By availing our printing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
**2. Services**
We provide printing services including but not limited to digital printing, offset printing, large format printing, and design services.
**3. Ordering**
- All orders must be placed in writing via email, our website, or in person at our premises.
- Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.
- Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice.
**4. Payment**
- Payment for services must be made in full before the commencement of work.
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and other payment methods as agreed upon by both parties.
- Any additional costs incurred due to changes requested by the customer will be charged accordingly.
**5. Artwork**
- The customer is responsible for providing print-ready artwork. We do not provide design services unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We will not be held liable for any errors in the artwork provided by the customer.
**6. Turnaround Time**
- Turnaround time for printing jobs will be communicated at the time of ordering.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure or force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every effort to complete the job as soon as possible.
**7. Delivery**
- Delivery of printed materials can be arranged upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
**8. Quality**
- We strive to deliver high-quality printing services. However, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur.
- Any defects or discrepancies in the printed materials must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt for resolution.
**9. Intellectual Property**
- The customer warrants that they have the necessary rights to reproduce any artwork or content provided to us.
- We reserve the right to refuse any job that may infringe upon copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
**10. Limitation of Liability**
- In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
- Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant services.
**11. Termination**
- We reserve the right to terminate any ongoing projects or refuse future orders if the customer breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in any conduct that we deem inappropriate.
**12. Amendments**
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
**13. Governing Law**
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad.
